This project transforms a 1910 showroom in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine district into modern corporate offices and an open-studio architectural firm, while preserving its historic stone façade. The lower level features flowing office areas and enclosed vertical utilities, while the upper studio uses original concrete bays to define workspaces. Skylights bring natural light, and a rooftop lounge with a green garden offers an eco-friendly retreat.
